Serve as a senior communications strategist and spokesperson for USTelecom, a trade association representing broadband companies including Verizon and AT&T.

Helped oversee a team of tech reporters focused on breaking policy news. Assigned and edited stories, mentored team members and offered strategic advice to upper management.

Breaking news and feature reporter for the paper, covering a variety of beats, from Obamacare reporter to a presidential primary campaign reporter and political blogger. Spent eight years covering the FCC and tech policy issues.

A 23-year-old quadriplegic's fatal car accident in a rural Pennsylvania cornfield highlighted how little regulation there is over adapted vehicles for the disabled.
